Autonomy for Every Spacecraft

We're Hiring!

MISSION

EraDrive Autonomy

EraDrive provides a unified, single-source platform for space safety, performance, and defense. We streamline the complexities of the modern orbital environment by seamlessly integrating space traffic management, on-orbit logistics, and space situational awareness into a cohesive ecosystem.

Driven by our AI-native architecture, our platform handles everything from deep learning perception and real-time trajectory optimization to resilient alternative positioning and automated collision avoidance. This enables our partners to focus entirely on their primary missions while actively participating in a real-time, global space traffic intelligence network.

CORE CAPABILITIES

Why Choose Us?

EraDrive's modular autonomy products reduce mission complexity, enabling partners to focus on their core mission.

TRL 9 autonomy with 5 heritage missions (12 satellites) across RPO, formation-flying, and swarming

Standardized software-hardware kits that integrate with any spacecraft bus via common interfaces

Deep learning perception, trajectory optimization, reasoning, and space traffic management built-in

THE PROBLEM

Three Pressing Problems in Spaceflight

Legacy space infrastructure faces critical barriers across security, performance, and traffic management.

01

Space is Congested

Outdated, ground-based, fragmented space traffic management systems put orbit safety at risk.

How do we detect uncooperative space objects and react to them?

02

Space is Scaling

Outdated, rule-based, micromanaged, human-controlled systems are not able to meet requirements.

How to enable fully autonomous, multi-satellite prox ops and formation flight?

03

Space is Contested

Legacy technology is not ready to counteract adversarial threats, to provide surprise or offense.

How do we navigate above the GPS constellation and when RF is jammed?

FLIGHT HERITAGE

FOUNDERS

Three Minds,
One Trajectory

A founding team fused from Stanford's Space Rendezvous Laboratory - 23 years of distributed-satellite research and 12 satellites flown.

Sumant Sharma, PhD

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

+

Sumant Sharma, PhD

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

A Stanford PhD from the Space Rendezvous Lab, he helped pioneer the vision-based navigation research that EraDrive commercializes today. Before founding EraDrive, he built and scaled the autonomy organization at Boeing-backed Wisk Aero, architecting and delivering navigation and conflict resolution for autonomous aircraft. He leads EraDrive's execution and growth, building the team, capital, and operations that turn flight-proven research into fielded products for spacecraft autonomy at scale.
